How it works
Groceries in three steps.
Step 1
Choose shop and items
You see the range with the shop's own prices, the delivery area and the delivery fee. For each item you choose what should happen if it is out of stock: «Remove», «Replace with similar» or «Call me». Closed shops do not accept orders.
Step 2
The shop confirms and packs
You are notified when the shop has received the order, when it is being packed and when it is on its way.
Step 3
The courier comes to your door
The shop's own courier hands over the goods, and you pay at the door by card, Swish or cash, whichever the shop accepts. If you collect yourself, you pay in the shop. You pay the shop, never the app.

Yes, but they are never delivered. You collect them in the shop, confirm in the app that you are old enough and show ID when you collect. Low-alcohol beer over 2.25 % counts as alcohol and is never delivered.
You decide that yourself when you order. Under «If the item is out of stock» you choose «Remove», «Replace with similar» or «Call me» for each item.
