A taxi in the app to Landvetter or Arlanda, at a time about two hours before departure. You pay the taxi company as usual.

Package holidays from tour operators that state their travel guarantee. You book and pay with the tour operator; we show the offer and link there.

Step 2
Book with the partner
Everyone sees the prices, but the link to Aviasales or the tour operator opens only when you are signed in to the app. You see the final price at the airline, travel agency or tour operator you buy from, and that is where you book and pay.
Step 3
A taxi to the airport
If you want a taxi to the airport, the app opens a taxi booking there with a suggested time. You see the price and confirm it yourself.

Open «Events & tickets» in the app. Choose city and category, and you see the events day by day.
Step 2
Read the rules and book
The event's page shows the place, the time, the organiser and the tickets, and the organiser's cancellation rule before you book.
Step 3
Show the ticket at the entrance
The ticket has a QR code that is scanned once at the entrance. You find it in the app and show the code at the entrance.

Free or «Paid at the entrance»
An event is free, or you pay the organiser at the entrance. The price per ticket is shown on the event before you book.
The organiser's cancellation rule
The organiser decides whether you can cancel in the app, for example up to 24 hours before the start. The rule is shown on the event before you book.
One QR code per ticket
If you book several tickets, each ticket gets its own QR code. It is valid once: when it has been scanned it cannot be used again.
If the event is cancelled
If the organiser cancels the event, you are told in the app, and the tickets are no longer valid.

The prices in the app are what Aviasales users have found in recent days. They may have changed, and you see the final price at the airline or travel agency you buy from before you pay.
You pay for the flight to the airline or travel agency you buy from, and for a special offer to the tour operator. You pay for the taxi to the airport to the taxi company, as usual.
If you want to change the booking, you turn to whoever you bought the ticket from. If the flight is cancelled or delayed, you turn to the airline, even if you bought the ticket through a travel agency. With a package holiday, the tour operator helps you. With the taxi, our support helps you as usual.
A tour operator that sells package holidays must have a travel guarantee. An operator established in Sweden has it with Kammarkollegiet, and an operator established in another country has it with that country's authority. It protects you if the operator cannot carry out the trip. The offer states who holds the operator's guarantee.
You book in the app under «Events & tickets». The event is free or paid at the entrance, and the organiser's cancellation rule is shown on the event before you book. The ticket has a QR code that is scanned once at the entrance.
Then you are told in the app, and the tickets are no longer valid. The organiser answers questions about the event, and our support helps you with the ticket in the app.
